Reservations for apartments cancelled 48 hours or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations for apartments cancelled less than 48 hour prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of two nights' stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint is required at time of check-in for telephone or any incidental charges that may be incurred.
